Booking and Cancelation Policy
When you book your treatment please write down in your notes or calendar when you have your appointment. After booking your treatment you will get confirmation on your mail. Booking reminder is going automatically on mail 24 hours before to everyone. If you wrote wrong your mail or confirmation mail and booking reminder are going in your spam box I dont have influence on that.

If you know you are not going to make it because of any reason let me know as soon as possible that you are not able to come on treatment. I understand that everyone may have personal emergency or your plans can change. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to change or cancel treatment without charge. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
If you don`t feel well inside 24 hours you have to visit your doctor and ask for doctor's statement/certificate or Legeerklæring. If you are not able to visit your doctor for any reason you can always call your doctor and get Legeerklæring on your mail. Without this document is not possible to cancel the treatment and you will have to pay the full cost of the treatment.
If you arrive late on your treatment you will NOT get an extension to the treatment and you will have to pay complete treatment. I will reduce the length of the scheduled treatment time to not impact my other guests.
Appointments made for the same day cannot be cancelled and will be charged in full.
CLIENTS who register with a mail and a phone number that are not valid will be deleted.
